Liberal America has accused Donald Trump of behaving like a king as they express their acute discomfort with his actions through nationwide protests calling for ‘NO KINGS’! Vivid illustrations of his deeds and aspirations – from hilarious cartoons to magazine covers- have provided necessary comic relief from the palpable duress of at least half the adult population of America.
Escaping the tyranny of monarchy was, after all, the principal reason for the 1776 American Revolution and the Declaration of Independence whose 250th anniversary will be celebrated this year. Is Donald Trump abusing the spirit and letter of the American Constitution or merely taking advantage of what the founding fathers failed to foresee?
We all know a bad king when we see one. Certainly we can see some degree of their moral impropriety through their art, architecture and spoils of office. Does the 90,000 square foot ballroom currently under construction at the modestly-sized “People’s House”, the White House, or his proposed 250ft tall “Arc de Trump” constitute presidential overreach or monarchical prerogative?
This special talk explores relationships between rulers and the art and architecture on which they relied to bolster their fragile egos, if not obfuscate their savagery.

In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, click “Sign up.”
On the following screen choose “Personal account” and click “Next.”

Click “Agree and create account” and your PayPal account will be created.

Log on to your account and click the “Wallet” option in the menu bar running along the top of the screen.
On the menu running down the left side of the screen, click the “Link a credit or debit card”.
Enter the card information you wish to link to your PayPal account and click “Link card” for debit card.

Log on to your account. Click Send & Request.
